Politics?

Seriously?

The Present

Having recovered from my provincial efforts, breaking many lances against many windmills, with 3 out of 8 seats open on Richmond City Council this year, I’m inspired and ready to try again at the Municipal level!

So far, I’ve been accepted as a prospective candidate nominee with the Richmond Citizens Association (RCA) but to secure a nomination, I need your help.

By April 26th, I need to:

  1. recruit 15 new members and

  2. raise $3000 in donations

If you are inspired by the latest Hungarian elections, you’re in luck! You can help a Hungarian-Canadian get elected right here in Richmond, BC!

I look forward to your support!

Thank you!

The Past

I ran in the 2024 Provincial Election as the MLA Candidate for BC Green Party in the “Airport“ riding: Richmond-Bridgeport. I learned a lot of lessons and my favourite word I learned was “quixotic“. This is the perfect word to describe this campaign!

It’s so weird that I’m starting to get into politics. We never talked about politics growing up since we were ex-Hungarian political asylum seekers. Politics was always a bad word for me.
